Hi I’ve just joined

Hi guys
I’m new to MFP and at 56 and passed menopause I’m trying to loose a bit of wait around 2stone. So I’ve decided to use this app, I’m having problems trying to get my head around micros as I want to eat high protein with low carbs so any help will be appreciated. I’m ADHD so I need to get focused on this. Cris

    I wouldn't worry about macros too much early on. Maybe just try increasing your protein a little bit (you know, lean meats, beans, legumes, tofu). ADHD will undoubtedly cause its own issues through impulsivity. But, just set your routine as you would with anything else. Know how many meals per day you're going to eat and when. Preplan those meals in the app so you know what you need to have on hand.
