Hey all-I’ve been using MFP for several years but on an interim type basis. This has lead to the expected interim type results!
I’ll never give up my quest to drop the remaining stubborn lbs that I yo-yo with so I’m hear to dig in and get over the hump once and for all…and stay there!
I’m always looking for and available for support-I’m 5 years into recovery and truly appreciate the “WE”…so feel free to say hi.

Hello, I’m very new here although I’ve used the app on and off for free I really didn’t follow it completely. I finally made the decision to follow through to better my health. Can some one help me to learn how to change the calorie goal? I need to change it from 1,200 to 1,500 per my doctors recommendations.
