Hi everyone,
When I go to search for eggplant I’m met with many kinds of eggplant products, but not just eggplant itself. Can anyone help?
Thanks!

Try melanzane--that's eggplant in Italian. It's 25 calories per 100g fresh.0

Use "Eggplant, raw" - the one that has "1 cup, cubes" as the default serving size. Once you select it from the database, the drop-down list for serving sizes has all kinds of serving size options, including weights.
If you're trying to log cooked eggplant . . . you're on your own. It's more accurate to weigh and log raw, since cooking changes the water content so changes the weight. That's what I do, so I know nothing about the availability of reasonably accurate entries for cooked versions.0
