Just started

Hi, 42 female here. Legs ran over by a jeep wrangler. After being on bed rest and not be able to walk I gain 50lbs. I just had my 4th surgery 3 weeks ago and have been walking about 2 miles a day. Any help or ideas even encouragement will be greatly appreciated.

    If you’re already doing two miles a day, that shows some real determination. Props to you!

    Have you successfully entered your data and set a calorie goal?

    Read the “sticky” threads at the top of each board for tips.

    My #1 tip for success is to read the boards regularly, do a deep dive into those stickies, and become active on the boards. My observation has been that those who are the most engaged are the most successful.
