Are you asking too much of yourselrlf?
Just keep coming to log your food.
Find something to follow in community (I like games, a lot like chit chat). When you come each day, take time to log your food, too.
Then on to the next step.
You can do it. It's hard for all of us. But arent you worth it?0 -
You can do this! Be consistent with food and daily exercise, even if it's walking more daily. You got this. 💪🏽😊0

I'm cheering for you, speaking as a woman who's 67 and maintaining a healthy weight after loss at age 59-60.
You haven't said much about your plan/tactics, but I'd observe that it can be more effective to choose tactics that make weight loss relatively easier, vs. trying to make it fast. Very restrictive, unenjoyable eating routines, and extreme, punitive exercise . . . those aren't essential, and do make it harder to stay the course.
Sometimes a slow weight loss rate gets us to goal weight in less calendar time than an aggressive, difficult path that involves compensatory overeating, long breaks, or even giving up altogether.1
