I am 63, recently retired grandmother, teacher/ violinist . I am on a mission to develop more strength, ease in movement and lose weight. I just joined a personal training group class. I lol forward to adding this app fir more support.

    Hello, and welcome! I joined MFP at 59, now 67, and found the app and the Community very helpful with my goals. I'm now hanging around to maintain a healthy weight, and keep my head in the game for reasonable nutrition, and staying active.

    Update- 8 weeks and down 14 pounds AND weight training. This is the most successful I have been in years.
