First day at Planet Fitness - what to work on.

Hi Everyone! So, I will be turning 49 this fall - and after the past 5 years of neglecting my health - I've been watching what I eat, working out regularly (mainly Jillian videos), and decided to join a gym. My overall goal is to get rid of my waistline muffintop and stay really fit. I'm wondering what type of workout schedule others may have - Any suggestions are welcome!
