So I’ve had this app for a hot minute and I have been mostly lackluster in my fitness goals. But I’m really wanting to get on track and make myself look and feel better by being healthier. Not just for me but for my husband and kids. They need me to be healthy and I need to get my act together. Honestly if I could get an accountability buddy that’d make my life worlds better lol. My goal is to consistently eat and track my eating and exercise at least 3 times a week at the gym. If I can do that then it’s two small steps to improving my life and that of my family.
