Sorry I just wanted to share my good news: Been on holiday for two weeks and I just got home and weighed myself - only a 1 pound gain. So so so happy and I ate and drank what I liked on holiday so im beyond chuffed that I dont have to start killing myself in the gym to get rid of the extra weight! Last time I went away I gained 18 pounds in two weeks!!

That is fantastic!! You must be really pleased.

Were you very active on holiday?

I am going away in 3 weeks and I hope I don't put on loads. Any tips on how you did it would be appreciated!!

    Well done

    Luv Kat

I did join in some of the hotels activites such as waterpolo and aqua aerobics but they were only 20 mins long and in the second week I didn't do any of it. I swam quite a lot in the pool though... mind you it was too hot not to go in the pool! I tracked my cals using MFP using the offline version but if I went over my calories I didnt sweat it. Just wanted to see what I needed to work on when I got home, I didnt think twice about an extra slice of pizza or scoop of ice cream :)
