Weight Loss Fluctuation

My Weight loss for the last 2 weeks has gone up and down by about 0.6Kg but not really making any progress. I'm 4 weeks into a lifestyle change, and my calorie intake is about 1100 calories. My calorie intake and exercise have not changed. Any advice on how to restart things?

Can you give us more information? What's your gender, height, current weight and goal weight?
How much weight have you lost over the 4 weeks?

1100 calories is very low unless you are a small, older, sedentary woman.

Remember that weight loss is not linear and consistent. You will never lose the same amount every week. A two week sample is really too short of a time period to be considering changing your tactics.

Wait a doggone minute. Are you a guy, “Keith”?

1100 is WAY too low for a male, and for most women, too, unless recommended by a doctor (not a trainer, not a friend, not Dr Google, and most of all, not an influencer).

Can you give us more info, as @SuzySunshine99 suggested?

is 1,100 actually accurate and is that every day or just certain days. A true 1,100 every day and you’d be losing quickly.

If no loss soon then you need to review your calorie balance.
