Why doesn’t the “weight lost” number reflect the actual amount of weight lost?

Good morning,

I dug around the FAQs and didn’t see the answer, so you guys are my next step. I began my journey (again) at the end of January, and have since lost 14 lbs (yay!). However the dashboard only shows I have lost 7, despite me adjusting my calendar to the new start date. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? It’s frustrating not being able to share my success, which is definitely a motivation for myself and maybe others. I appreciate any thoughts you might have on this. Thanks!

Apologies for any problems you are having with your Progress graph displaying correctly.

The new starting weight you are seeing is from a selected time frame in the reports section. For example, if you choose to view the report from "3 months" you will see the starting weight from the beginning of the selected time frame (3 months). If you switch it to "Since Starting Weight" it should have your actual starting weight.
