Here I am, about the 10th time I've done a New Year's Resolution cut, usually of 10-20lbs. Always trying to get back to a BMI of ~25. Yep, it's the same old 10-20lbs every time. They just keep coming back!
Now, I'm within 2lbs of goal. If I can get them by end of month, losing the 19lbs will have taken 6 months. And, the first 4lbs were probably water weight (they came off in about 2 weeks). And, I've had some really hard moments, where I was very hungry, particularly at dinner. In general, it's a chore!
Best wishes to everyone else trying to drop the lbs. It's a hard row to hoe!

I went on vacation last week and now I'm 6 pounds to go! I'm pretty sure the first few are just water weight (and such). I was active every day, but I did imbibe in food and drink. Noice! 😁2
