Hello World!
I'm back to try this again...again. I've crossed the big 4-0 and still have 100+ lbs to lose, but my main goal by the end of the year is to be in one-derland. I think it's definitely doable.
Short-term goal is to lose 20 lbs by the end of July, as I'm going on a short vacation and just want to feel a bit more comfortable relaxing around people while in swimwear (even if that still includes a coverup).
I just started Intermittent Fasting (3 days in) doing 16:8. I'm also trying to reduce the amount of carbs I eat (and...eventually...cut out all the sugar).
I'd like to find some accountability buddies or meet new friends who have similar goals and similar journeys.
I haven't added in a lot of exercise to my daily schedule yet, so I also need a kick in the butt to get back into the gym, or at least to walk around the neighborhood for a good 30 minutes a day.
