I have a new Michael Kors Watch. Which I love. Apple IPhone.
All other apps seem to be working fine with my watch ( which runs with WearOS app) BUT with MyFitnessPal I cannot connect?
Does MyFitnessPal not work with Wear OS?

Please clarify.
Not sure by what you mean by wearOS. Is it something proprietary to MK?
To connect an iPhone, which will record only steps and then only those made while the iPhone is on your person, you have to go in to >health > apps and set up your privacy permissions for the MFP app.
If MK watch is reporting to iPhone it may transfer data, but I don’t know how accurately it consistently it would report.
I don’t know if MFP can connect directly with “wearOS”.0
