We’re attempting gluten free for medical reasons so we’re doing things a little differently. No one has complained so fart today!

    My wife made a skillet dinner last night of crispy gnocchi, sweet Italian sausage, peas, and mint. Kind of random but pretty good...we had plenty of leftovers so that's what I had for lunch along with a garden salad and half an avocado.
