Capsulitis + weight loss

I am posting this because I am just so frustrated at the moment, but trying to stay positive!

I've lost 15-20 lbs (SW: 155lb, CW: 140lb, Lowest weight: 135lb). A big part of my motivation to be healthy and lose weight is to be able to be more active.

Unfortunately I've been diagnosed with an annoying and persistent inflammation of one foot - "capsulitis". My favorite activities (walking, jogging, rock climbing) are now out of the question until this heals.

How do people motivate during reduced activity times? I am allowed to cycle and swim, neither of which I have the interest (swimming) or the equipment (cycling) to do.
