My goal is to be in the gym everyday or at least every few days and not lose momentum because movement and oomph exercises give me power and really lack of movement just destroys my mood and mental clarity. I’m also trying to eat normally once a day at least. I use these forums to keep me focus and also I use visualization and focusing my life on it.
