I started fitness pal in 2018, hard to believe! Was really motivated then and then lost it with covid. Really struggling to eat right. Several reasons i require comfort food, but basically I need to stop. I'm diabetic and have multiple other health issues. Weight and heart and arthritis, severe rheumatoid and osteo make exercise painful. Plus I live in a very isolated place where grocery stores are 40 miles to 60 miles away. Produce sucks in the local stores. I have a huge greenhouse to grow food for myself and husband. Mostly the usual, tomatoes, spinach, chard, kale, carrots, peas, beans, peppers and herbs. Now I have some chickens so lots of eggs.
My two dogs keep me on my toes. I also quilt and bake bread and other goodies, not good for diabetics. I give a lot away as gifts.
