Hello everyone. My name is Yvonne. have over 50 pounds to lose. I have been fortunate enough to find a dietitian that I think will work. She has me using this program to log my meals. I was using chronometer and was very used to it. Now I am using both programs. I have been trying to add the bike exercise entry here without success. I use that as I don't walk long distances. Anyone have a tip on how to add this. I am expected to know how many calories I burn in an hour.
