New to my fitness journey!

Hello! My name is V. I’m starting my weight lost journey. Looking for tips on what things to eat that are taste good that are less carbs and high protein! I’ve lost 12 pounds and decided to join this app and I’ve lost 6 pounds again. I’ve been going on 3-4 mile walks and I do small dumbbells workouts. I do mainly eat once a day, once in a while twice. It’s not very healthy, that’s why I’m looking for tips for my journey. I need help with a system to do that has worked for others. Feel free to message me!
