Sept challenge - 30 day Shred (again!) :)

Hi folks,
September has arrived and I’ve decided its time to try the 30 Day Shred again…a whole 8 months have passed since I last tackled it and it started me off on a daily working out pattern which has been great. My overall fitness is pretty good now
.
I saw fabulous results then, not much in the way of inch loss, probably because I only thought to take my hips and waist measurements! But I toned up terrifically – legs/arms and tummy (the abs got quite well defined). Since my holidays/vacation in July I haven’t been able to shed the 4lbs gained at all so its time to shake things up and do a bit of circuit training. I have been working out for up to 60 mins/day since July and that hasn’t melted any pounds (along with tracking my cals of course!) so maybe a bit more hardcore training will do the trick? Lets hope so! :-D
I’ve asked my MFP gal-pals to join me in this 30 day challenge, its only 20-25 mins/day, which is very doable! Some of them are already on board which is FAB! Then I had brain wave LOL - why not throw the idea out on the forum as well!
Anyone who’s interested please feel free to join in, I’ll be blogging regularly about it with updates
and I’d love to hear from you too!
Remember to measure: Waist/hips/tummy/arms/thighs and anywhere else you think applies.
Also it might be a good idea to take a before pic. I’ll measure later and post my measurements within this blog, you can do the same or feel free to keep those to yourself.
LETS BE ACCOUNTABLE TO EACH OTHER…right? Hoping I’ll get lots of interest with this…we can DO this :-D
