I just started this app 2 weeks ago. My goal is to get to 155lbs. Currently I need to loose 25-30lbs. Any suggestions or motivations for keto, as well as emotional eating?

    Suggestions and motivations for keto and emotional eating is pretty broad—is there anything in particular you’re curious about or struggling with?

    Most people trying keto last a couple of days, maybe a week or two. Keto is as far away from eating what most people eat these days, than flying to the moon. Weight loss is just about calories or giving up eating a few oreo's, as a friend would say, and is about as easy as it gets for losing weight. Cheers
