Answer to sweet cravings

So I found two go tos for my sweet cravings.
1. Frozen yogurt with a fiber one brownie
2. Chobani Greek yogurt with zero sugar whipped cream
It makes it easier for when you need that daily sweetness. It helps me hope it helps you.

My sweet cravings are pretty much non existent now, I will eat fruit if I feel the urge, which is rare but some berries usually hit the spot and occasionally I'll eat and apple or an orange.

Fibre one brownies are soo good! they make my teeth hurt though. Might need to go to the dentist.

First thing I'll do is eat fat, like butter or bacon. I don't like to give into cravings. May seem counter-intuitive but fat is satiating and usually kills any cravings.

It's not that I don't enjoy some sweet stuff, I absolutely do. I eat fruit almost daily, unsweetened dairy in moderation, just to give myself variety so things don't get boring. Veggies, actually, like tomatoes and peppers, even taste sweet to me now, so that's a nice inclusion to indulge my sweet tooth a bit on a regular basis.

In say a social situation like friends are coming for dinner, I might make a low-carb dessert with artificial sugar and have a bit, or if I'm out with a friend at a coffee shop or bar, I might splurge on a diet soda. But that's probably less than once a month.

If I'm actually craving sweets though, I avoid them because I have food addictions. I wanna teach my brain that demanding sweets will get it no where, lol. I try to resolve it without giving in. Eating fat tends to be the best thing to curb the cravings. Once the cravings are curbed, I can have a bit of berries the next day with an unsweetened yogurt drizzle without that feeling that I *need* it. Hope that makes sense.
