Nice - I just started getting into powerlifting. With snacks I typically stick to stuff like jerky (primarily jack links since it's 60 cal w/ 7g protein, usually I'll eat three after a work out), oikos pro greek yogurt is great (140 cal, 20g protein), Carmel rice cakes with a tablespoon on peanut butter is good for a slight sweet tooth, and I found a recipe for chocolate chip protein muffins that are good.1
