Not sure what to really say, I have been using this app inconsistently but I was on a bulk so wasn't too fussed about my calories but now I'm cutting it back. Any
Snack ideas for a cut? 😍 I do powerlifting so high energy food low calorie ideas if you have any!

    Nice - I just started getting into powerlifting. With snacks I typically stick to stuff like jerky (primarily jack links since it's 60 cal w/ 7g protein, usually I'll eat three after a work out), oikos pro greek yogurt is great (140 cal, 20g protein), Carmel rice cakes with a tablespoon on peanut butter is good for a slight sweet tooth, and I found a recipe for chocolate chip protein muffins that are good.
