Hi all I've been doing my fitness pal for 2 weeks. I have gone up in Weight.(only a pound but all the same an increase.I have only set my cals at 1400 a day. I'm checking and logging it all?

Firstly, welcome @joelandleelee8393! I wouldn't get discouraged by a single pound fluctuation - that can be a lot of things, most likely water weight.
Two important things to consider when you're logging;
- Make sure you are being really honest with what you are logging into MFP. If you're eyeballing things (which is okay) then overestimate your portions rather than underestimating them. If you want to get to the next level, buy a cheap food scale and weigh your ingredients to get super accurate. You may find that you're consuming a lot more calories than you thought you were based on this alone.
- Exercise isn't everything, but if you're able to do so, consider adding more activity to your routine, even if it's just brisk walks around your neighborhood. Anything to get your heart-rate up and burn off some extra calories.
