Increase your energy expenditure or cut calories.

How many calories are you eating now, and what's your height/weight/age? Have you been losing before this, and if so how fast? Did you stop losing suddenly, or did loss taper off gradually? How long since you've lost any weight?

    Generally, you'd have 3 options:

    1. Eating fewer calories, which is doable in theory if you're logging your food conscientiously, and doable in practice if you can cut calories and stay reasonable full, happy and energetic while doing so. If any of those things are an issue, say more about what - maybe the Community here can help with ideas to try.

    2. Adding non-exercise movement to your daily life. Ideas about that can be found in this thread:

    3. Increasing exercise, being careful not to add so much new intensity, duration or frequency that you drag through daily life, maybe even rest/sleep more, thus wiping out some of the calorie benefits of the exercise.

. . . or some combination of those 3 things.

Many people here say they find the last few pounds slower to lose. Maybe that's happening for you?

Best wishes for finding a solution!

Remember muscle weighs more than fat. Go by how you look and measured inches. The weight is bound to follow in time. Keep up the good work.
