Hi, I am trying to get serious about losing weight. In 2021 & early 2022 I was able to lose 30 lbs. Since then I have pretty much stayed the same weight, just going up and down. I would love to reach my goal which will be another 22 lbs. I have had many surgeries in the past few years (neck, back, both knees replaced) and have not been able to exercise much. However, I am back in my pool and walking. I have no excuse to not exercise as my pool is a small indoor one. It does allow me to exercise with minimal pain. I just have to figure out how to control my eating habits (craving sweets and junk food). Happy to be here and ready to get serious.

Hi and Welcome!!
Im new too, and also struggle with craving sweets (and bread too 😣 )
I have been planning evening snacks in advance (sugar free fudgesicles or chai tea with monkfruit seeetener and milk work great for me.
I too have some back pain, but sounds like you’re dealing with a lot lot more. Great that you have a pool! You’ve inspired me to look for a water exercise class near me!
Glad you are on this journey and keep me posted on your progress!0 -

Hi there, how’s it going so far? Have you been able to get in the pool? I went to ymca pool yesterday, and made me feel great. I am going again tomorrow. I’m putting swimming on my google calendar to help me.
Hope you are having a good day0
