    They look really tasty and I love those mushrooms. Not sure why they want to scrape the gills off though. Added to that the calories are low enough to use a little olive oil or even butter and garlic on the mushrooms :-)

    Might give this one a try

    Chris they scrap the gills off, because all they will do it turn the mushroom black.. when ever I use portabella mushrooms i always do but yes these burgers look delicious.. I will have to give them a try too:flowerforyou: Thanks for the post JustineMarie
