Hi Everyone! This is my second day on here & I feel I’ll definitely enjoy my time. I’ve really started my fitness journey on Feb 20th, but I’ve been doing my diets with adding intermittent fasting for about 2 months now. I’m down 38 pounds as of May 28, 2023 & now I need to track my diet during my eating window.
