MFP Not Adding Fitbit Under Steps

I am trying to add a device (Fitbit Inspire 3) to MFP and it is not connecting. Fitbit and MFP accounts are connected. I have deleted apps and restarted phone and accounts several times to no avail.

The checkmark is still next to iPhone under the Steps page on MFP App. If I click on Add a Device under Choose a device, it takes me to a list of apps. I click on Fitbit, and then CONNECT. The next page is the MFP account page and it says "You are already linked to fitbit."

My Fitbit is working correctly and is actually syncing perfectly with my Trainerize app. So there is a problem with MFP. Please advise.
