    Hi MrBiggieswort, what can we help to explain?
    The challenge is to just try to get 24 hours worth of workouts in each month. 24 hours = 1440 minutes so some of us track the time in minutes and some of us track the time as hours. You can count it how ever you want, just try to get to the 24 hours combined time.
