B vitamins are important however they don't directly do anything for weight loss. That is more of a calorie balance equation.

    What he said. ^^

If you make it a point to eat plenty of varied, colorful fruits and veggies, plus some whole grains, you'll be well on your way to getting the micronutrients you need, including the B vitamins. If you're an omnivore, meats, salmon and some other fish/seafood, eggs and dairy are also nutrition-packed, including those B vitamins.

If you're vegan/fully plant based, then you'll need to supplement B-12. Many brands of nutritional yeast are fortified with B-12, plus naturally contains substantial amounts of other B vitamins. It is tasty in quite a variety of contexts, and of course you can eat it even as an omnivore.

Generally, it's going to be better to get your nutrients from foods as much as possible, rather than from supplements.

If you get more B vitamins than you strictly need, you may notice that your urine becomes bright neon yellow when you excrete the excess. That isn't a worrisome thing, generally speaking.

I know of no reason to believe that B vitamins help with weight loss in some special way. Good overall nutrition is important for health, and can of course affect satiation and energy level, so have an indirect effect on success with weight loss.

Granny-esque advice: Don't look for weight loss hacks. Spend your effort on figuring out how to stay full, energetic and happy when eating appropriate numbers of calories the overwhelming majority of days. That's your main bet for weight management.
