Is that Leslie Sansome? A combination of walking, high knees, kicks and sidesteps with some light weights? If so, I've logged it as low impact cardio.0

If it's Leslie Sansone walking workouts, they can be powered up or down as one desires. I always record my workouts as general aerobics, because I add a lot of jumping and jogging.0
