Here I go, after several attempts in different diet plans, I have decided to try a different approach. I have done some research and discovered ( a little later than most) that the best most effective way to lose my weight was to work out my BMR, look at my macros and monitor my calories, protein, carbs and fat intake as well as ensuring I eat whole foods and only good fats. I joined MFP to help me track these things. I think it’ll take a while to get into it properly and change some learned habits but I’m ready, willing and able! Happy to accept any advice you might have for me!
