3 months into my fitness journey and new to myfitnesspal- Hi 👋

I started my current fitness journey mid February 2023. I am 48 years old and my starting weight was 184lbs (83.4kg). I am currently weighing 160lbs (72.5kg).
I am not following any particular training program or diet plan. I have started to do some intermittent fasting the past few weeks and am finding that it is very helpful to me and think I will continue doing it for now.
I go to the gym minimum 4 days a week and do a mix of cardio and weight training. I have been in a calorie deficit since starting but feel like I need to eat more than I have been. I think MFP is definitely going to help me understand calories in a healthier way.
