Hello, I do insanity max 30 and i try to eat 1800 calories a day but i noticed that my energy levels are going down after 4 months in. Specifically, after the workout i feel very drained and I wake up at very early hours very hungry. moreover, sleep is restless and light. Do i need to increase calories? Thing is as soon as I increase calories, i dont lose weight.

An "as soon as/immediate" gain on the scale generally is not from fat, but from water retention.
I'm wondering if you have some sort of "lost a lot quickly/not fueling your workouts properly" issue going on and have the following questions:- How much weight have you lost in the past 4 months?
- How much do you have left to lose total?
- Do you eat back your exercise calories?
