I have to bike to work and home which is 10.5 miles total. I work at a gym so I workout after work. I don't bike when I work my second job but i do usually hit the gym for atleast 45 min.

I drank a bit Tuesday night (30th) which is part of why my weight was up the following day (31st).

I have to stay strict in order to drop my 10lbs this month😅
