An Old New Girl!

Hi, I'm not exactly new to MFP, but I would describe myself as newly committed to losing weight after a health scare. I'm a 63 year old female, with a first goal of losing 22lbs. Once there, I may decide to lose up to another 21lbs. Exercise is difficult as I frequently have dizziness, undiagnosed as yet but which may be Meniere's Disease. Hoping to chat with others for mutual support on the weightloss.
