Always had the app

Hello I have been a long time member. Honestly I often I don’t track my food, very rare. I think it is good to weigh yourself every day at least for me. I never have been able to go all in with tracking food. I think that might be a make or break point pertaining to weight loss. I didn’t like the number at my biometric screening. No time snacking gets me. I have a wife who never really was a good influence with food. I never ate out until I met her. Anyways, it’s my responsibility and my body. I think she could do well counting calories too. I know I’m going to get wings tonight and beer and that just does not go with the lifestyle needed to be healthy.
