Hello

I started with Simple, lost 40 lbs in 120 days. Now I’m working on maintenance between 125-130 lbs. I like to track calories, it keeps me honest. I refuse to gain back the weight. Fasting works for my chemistry. I love feeling empty in the morning, it gives me energy. I start my fast at 4 or 5 pm and 10 am I eat a light breakfast. Lunch is my biggest meal. I snack in the afternoon. How is everyone else doing?
