Good morning, my name is Shirley and I am new but not really new to My Fitness Pal. I have had the app for at least 5 years but not really taking full advantage of the different features that it provides. I have had some recent changes in my life and I now realize that I need to take care of myself and do the things that make me happy and healthy. I need to lose over 100 lbs and I know that I can do it. I am taking baby steps by setting small goals and changing my mindset.
