How do you change the fibre content of a food once it's logged? Or how do you contact MFP to change it? The bread I ate today comes up as 0% fibre where as it's actually 9%!

The answer is different depending on what platform you're using: web, iOS app or android app.

In the android app: before adding a food to your diary, when you're looking at it, scroll down and tap on 'report food'. Select 'wrong/ missing nutrition information' and then make sure to check the 'add to My Foods' option before correcting the entry.
The entry in the database won't change, but at least you'll have the corrected version in your fud list.
