Looking for motivation and accountability partner who wants to lose weight as well. I am a 28 female 5'5" and want to lose 45-50lbs.

Here is my breakdown 1600 Calories a day, exercise 2x a week (Wed/Sat), walk 5000-6000 steps a day (I have a fitbit), 16/8 Fasting eating 2 decent sized meals a day with a small snack.

My reasoning is that unlike my many previous failed attempts I am fed up and want to get this weight off me. I am in this for the long haul and I want things to be simple and easy to do.

I want to eat a good sized meal feel full and not feel hungry all day like in the past. Hence why I want to incorporate fasting, I am not someone that can find time to go to the gym 4-6× a week so I am not even going to try 2x is enough.

Getting 5000 a steps a day is fairly easy for me and I can do it without thinking so I'll stick to that with an extra 1000 or 2000 more steps on days I have more to do.

I want this to be lifestyle that feels doable and no different from everyday life for me, let me know if anyone want to join and go on this journey with me.
