Removing skin from salmon how to log ?

    I found lots of entries in the food data base. Look up salmon no skin.

    I see your salmon is Atlantic - does it say somewhere else on the box if it is farmed or wild?

    I put "raw" into my search query to reduce the results, but if you plan to weigh it cooked you can change that.

    It is farmed salmon. I have tried cooking various forms skinless skin on, across different brands and this one is the most edible for me.
