Apple Watch not showing any data??

Hi everyone. I have added MFP to my Apple Watch but for some reason the data is not showing on my watch? At one stage it did but wouldn’t update if the data changed through the day, eg nutrients etc, but nothing is showing.
Appreciate any help here as I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. Thank you.
