I wear a garmin vivofit that I keep in a band that goes around my ankle (since I'm usually on my tablet and not swinging my hands) and sync that to mfp.1

i wouldn’t log them as steps - i would wear a fitness watch and tell the watch i am doing an indoor walking (or, cardio) exercise then log those calories burned.2

If I'm doing something like Leslie Sansome's walking workouts, I log it as low impact cardio and just put in the time.2

I have a Samsung watch which tracks all my steps0

I don't log them. Just don't see the point or how logging helps me keep moving in any way. I have a fear that I might consume more calories just because my fitbit (still sitting in the box it came in) tells me I walked around more than I normally do.0
