I'm Jen, former MFP user...got me from 200lbs to 120lbs...and then I quit. Fast forward 3 years later....hovering at 150lbs and uncomfortable again. Time to get back on track! This time I am focusing on animal based nutrition and bodyweight training (less running) to build a stronger body. Looking forward to seeing progress!
