I love Eatingwell.com for low calorie recipes.

I love to spice up a chicken thigh with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (I leave the skin on) and pop it in the air fryer with a handful of mini potatoes at 400 degrees for 18 min. The fat from the chicken helps flavor the potatoes. While it cooks, I make a drizzle out of Greek yogurt and hot sauce and a little water. Slice up some celery, add the drizzle to everything, sprinkle with bleu or feta cheese… it’s a GREAT fix if you like wings. It usually ends up around 425 calories.

I also really like a trick I got from Hello Fresh: make a topping out of a couple of tablespoons of panko and a little Parmesan cheese and any seasonings you like. Salt and pepper a chicken breast, then top it with the mixture. I put it in my air fryer with a handful of Brussels sprouts or other roastable veggies.

You could do either one of these in an oven.

I take one pork loin around 800g or any joint of meat will do really, trim off the excess fat and lightly colour all over using a heavy cast iron pot with lid, then add a stock cube and enough water to cover the the meat halfway, lob it in the overnight at 180f for about an hour, obviously if its bigger than 800g then leave for longer and when you check it should pull apart nicely, I then use this for different meals and salads etc etc you can add flavoured using any spices or herbs you like

Pork loin with potatoes(or rice), and carrots and onions in the instapot. Add some water, and season to your liking. I use salt, pepper, typically roasted garlic/herb blend, and some kinda spicy seasoning. Right now Im liking kinders black cherry chipotle rub. And pressure cook foor 30-45 min. Pork should fall apart and the potatoes/vegtables will be fork tender.
