My goal is to lose 8# this month. I’m trying to get 5-7k steps per day and other than yesterday I’m doing well. Today I got 8000!! Yesterday was rough. Rainy weather and my husband saw his oncologist and they think his cancer has metastasized to two vertebrae. Now to be scheduled for a bone biopsy. So my steps were down yesterday and I’m ok with it.
