The calorie tracker is a really valuable tool

Hi all,
I'm new here, but I have been using a calorie tracker for some time. That, combined with learning and understanding how much I actually needed to eat (or not eat), has been extraordinarily helpful for me. It gave me control over the weight loss process instead of feeling I was at the mercy of strange diets I didn't understand. I felt as if I had "cracked the code." I lost almost 30 pounds and kept it off until Covid came along. So now I'm back working at shedding these last maddening pounds. I'm confident I will, I just need to keep my focus.
